I wake up every morning

hoping to “connect people and technology”.

That’s my goal.

Technology is Losing

You see your aunt and uncle use their smartphones. Technology might be helping them, but they don’t really get it.

It’s like having a cleaner at your home. You appreciate the effort but you'd never 100% trust that person.

I consider this a lost.

People Don't Care

No matter how sophisticated your product is, if customers don't trust you, they don’t care.

Forget about building an interface. We’re nurturing a relationship with real human beings.

Products should act like people. They should have voices, traits and humour.

Getting There

Start by listening and understanding. Show genuine interest to customers and their lives.

Only then can we establish strong relationships.

Beyond that, we need the courage to build memorable brands. Because – who loves a boring product?
